Our Approach
Person Centred AI
for personal and social transformation
We start with the person, not the technology. The focus is you, not the tech.
You’ll leave able to research smarter, write more persuasively about issues that matter, work more effectively and organise for the change you care about.
Technology amplifies what we put into it, so we always start with your values and authentic goals before introducing AI tools.
Our small group programs focus on exploration, experimentation, and real conversation. With patient, jargon-free guidance, you’ll learn by doing – discovering AI as a collaborator that strengthens your voice and helps you reach your goals.
We believe meaningful application matters more than technical mastery. That’s why you’ll explore AI through projects that matter to you, supported by guides who share your values.
We focus on the human questions first: What do you want to create? What problems are you trying to solve? How do you want to contribute?
Then we show you how AI can help you do those things more effectively.
Triple-Loop Method
And we don’t just teach you about AI – our experienced coaches facilitate conversations between YOU, AI and New Terrain.
This three-way dialogue creates natural learning that respects your intelligence while building genuine confidence.

How this can look in practice – some real examples
Complex Financial Decision
A client brought a complex inheritance tax situation that had already defeated professional advisers. Through a structured three-way conversation between the client, us and AI, clarity emerged where there had previously been confusion, leading to a practical way forward that took account of both financial and family realities.
Health-Related Decision
A client was supported to explore a difficult health-related decision. Rather than being given advice, they were guided to connect with their own values and judgement, using AI as a reflective aid rather than an authority.
Creative Project
An experienced author was able to turn rough hand-drawn sketches into publishable book illustrations in under fifteen minutes, while gaining a repeatable process she could continue independently.
